IT infrastructure management is a strategic choice. With the services of our Operation Center, we can offer clients a full suite of #Managedservicesbased on the principles of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Maintenance.
🔧 What does it mean?
➡️ Continuous Improvement: continuous infrastructure evolution through patching, upgrades, and architectural and customer infrastructure improvements.
➡️ Continuous Maintenance: management of all layers in customer architectures by highly skilled and qualified personnel in areas of expertise.
In 2024, we acquired 15 new customers nationwide and managed more than 20 strategic technologies. In this 2025 we will work for:
➡️ Expand services and include expertise for distributed endpoint management (from workstations to smartphones)
➡️ Duplicate our competence centers in the Group’s next new location to ensure high geographic reliability and greater service continuity.
Currently, the Competence Center that manages operations resides in the Rome office and the one related to #securityresides in the Perugia office.
