Getting to know ReLife
ReLife has developed an organizational model aimed at minimizing waste disposal serving small, medium and large companies and Environmental Services companies, with the aim of increasing the range of services and volumes managed and exchanged between private and municipal customers.
ReLife, with its 4 divisions, Recyling, Paper Mill, Paper Packaging, and Plastic Packaging, produces new packaging, goods, and products through the transformation of what would otherwise only be an economic loss and cause environmental damage.

The problem
During the first demo, the customer expressed the need to improve the operational management of PEC mailboxes, both from the point of view of monitoring daily activities and maintaining webmail spaces.
These issues are encountered in many contexts, particularly in environments characterized by a high number of PEC boxes, as evidenced by the customer’s case (more than 25). In fact, the waste management sector is heavily involved in the use of these tools, thus making it essential to adopt a solution that enables their structured and efficient management.
Eurome’s response
Eurome presented together with Euroged the product PecOrganizer, vertical software for the management and centralization of PEC mailboxes, as the most efficient solution for solving the identified critical issues. Moreover, thanks to PecOrganizer’s features related to the sorting process, it is possible to lighten internal flows, recording all user activities in a timely manner.
The solution
Through detailed analysis and tailored implementation, the solution was implemented, thanks to Euroged’s expertise in identifying the optimal configuration in line with the customer’s needs.
The integration of PecOrganizer involves a significant change, renewing the approach to the operational management of PEC boxes. A key step was to properly understand the current use of PEC boxes and apply it to the system, with training making users autonomous in using the software.
The results
Through the centralization of PEC boxes, it is possible:
- Reduce daily operational management time
- Avoid information leakage and loss of important messages
- Solve the issue of excess space taken up on webmail, overcoming the need to expand the box or create files locally (worthless);
- Track all activities performed by users to achieve uniformity and consistency of management
