The resource will be responsible for:
- Support the sales area and relevant Sales Accounts in creating and drafting sales offers.
- Draft and update sales offers using the company CRM;
- Consult product purchase lists for creating quotations;
- Process and extrapolate orders;
- Monitor existing contracts and manage any anomalies;
- Participating in calls for tenders;
- Manage customers in the acquisition phase and in the retention phase;
- Interface frequently with the purchasing, marketing, and administrative departments for the proper handling of current paperwork.
The ideal resource must possess:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (business field preferred);
- Experience within professional, dynamic and structured settings with focus on commercial and/or administrative area;
- Good customer relations skills;
- Excellent knowledge and use of the Office package (especially Excel and Word);
- Strong problem solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Ability to handle several activities concurrently;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent Team Work skills.
