SENIOR TENDER OFFICER MILAN – Announcement Ref. R.AUGS.MI

As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Tender Clerk to be based in the Milan office who will be responsible for registering the various Group companies with the Supplier Registers of public and private companies that use qualification systems, and for preparing and filing the documentation required for public evidence procedures.

As a result of continued growth and expansion we are seeking a Tender Clerk to be based in the Milan office who will be in charge of registering the various Group companies in the Supplier Registers of public and private companies that use qualification systems, preparing and filing the documentation required for public evidence procedures.

The selected resource will be responsible for:

  • Carry out the Company’s registration procedures for the various Supplier Registries;
  • File and update documentation (Records; CCIAA; certifications, etc.);
  • Take care of the publication of tenders on portals and dedicated websites (MEPA, SDAPA, etc.);
  • Prepare bidding documents and monitor the various bidding stages;
  • Require surety bonds and bank references for participation in tenders.

The ideal resource must possess the following.:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with a business/legal focus;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar settings, preferably in the ICT sector;
  • Aptitude for teamwork, good organizational skills and strong ambition for professional growth;
  • Mobility, dynamism, resourcefulness and strong determination to achieve assigned goals;
  • Good knowledge and use of Computer and Office Package applications (especially Excel) required;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
