The project took shape from the need to optimize contact acquisition and opportunity management by implementing a CRM solution capable of covering the entire lead generation cycle. Using the Vtenext platform, an automated system was created that allows the entry and assignment of leads to agents based on geographic area from contact forms on the various company websites. Thanks to the new digital infrastructure, Bloomest has gained greater visibility into data, speed in business response, and continuity in processes.
STRATEGIC MONITORING WITH ADVANCED DASHBOARDS
CRM allows not only to manage leads, but also to monitor the development of opportunities over time. Advanced dashboards provide management with constant visibility into the progress of negotiations, with predefined closing reasons and automatic recall mechanisms that notify them of any delays in taking over contacts. This ensures continuity, traceability and proactive management of open opportunities.
MULTICHANNEL AND AUTOMATED LEAD GENERATION
The infrastructure has been extended to integrate lead generation flows also from Meta and Google advertising campaigns, with automatic connection via Zapier. The generated contacts are entered directly into CRM, ensuring timeliness and consistency. The digital ecosystem is interconnected through the exposure of APIs, which enable real-time dialogue between CRM, websites and external applications.

The system integrates features such as calendaring with automatic reminders, qualified forms via ScoreApp, and automated email and SMS communications. All of this is also accessible through the CRM’s native mobile app, available for iOS and Android. Multilingual management ensures coordinated operations in all countries where Bloomest is active.
