As a result of continued growth and expansion we are looking for a junior figure to be placed as a Tender Officer at the Rome office who will be in charge of activities related to the participation in public tenders by the companies of the group, working alongside senior resources in his or her placement who will be able to increase his or her skills and knowledge in the aforementioned area.
The selected resource will be responsible for:
- Scouting public and private tenders
- In-depth study of Calls for Tenders, verification of participation requirements, analysis of the peculiarities of the procedure documentation;
- Preparing documentation for bidding and monitoring the various bidding stages;
- Manage participation in tenders by resorting to use of complex tools (such as RTIs, Subcontracts, Contracts)
- Entertain direct relationships with Insurances and Banks for the production of surety bonds or references, preparatory to bidding;
- Enrollment and maintenance of Supplier Registers;
The ideal resource must possess:
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with a business/legal focus;
- Aptitude for teamwork, good organizational skills and strong ambition for professional growth;
- Mobility, dynamism, resourcefulness and strong determination to achieve assigned goals;
- Good knowledge and use of Computer and Office Package applications (especially Excel) required;
- Knowledge of the English language;
