The project resulted in the implementation of a fully automated solution, based on AI technologies, capable of managing the entire process of invoice capture, analysis and approval. The system, which is integrated with the company’s ERP and designed to adapt flexibly to different operational scenarios, has already achieved excellent results in pilot projects in Italy and Austria.
AN INTELLIGENT SCALABLE APPROACH
The solution, based on the Automyo platform and MyBiros’ Intelligent Document Processing, handles invoices fully automatically: from analyzing email boxes to processing PDF documents according to customized semantic rules. Intelligent data mining allows all key information to be accurately identified, reducing errors and processing time.
FULL INTEGRATION WITH ENTERPRISE ERP
Through a system of dedicated APIs, the platform is integrated with Wolford’s IGS ERP, enabling direct management of invoices-creation, editing and deletion-within the approval flow. Integration ensures semantic consistency between systems and significant acceleration in administrative management time.
